Primary and Vocational Hub

Prime8 Education are excited to announce that our Primary and Vocational hub is ready to use from September 2023 for our young people to enjoy.

Being outdoors is an incredible benefit to an individual’s emotional well-being. Being within a natural environment can be calming, allowing students to relax and engage without the academic and social expectations found within mainstream education. As well as being physically active and working independently, students will be able to participate in activities where they must work with their peers to enable them to communicate effectively and problem solve, giving them the opportunity to develop self-awareness and mindfulness of others.

There are so many activities our young people can benefit from. Here are just a few examples:

Outdoor cooking

Den building

Woodwork and safe use of tools – bird boxes, bow and arrows, bug to name a few

Flora and fauna ID

Natural crafts

Mindfulness practices

The possibilities are endless!

Previous opportunities offered at our woodland. These will be developed in our new rural environment.
