New Academic Year = New Rewards

Rewarding our students is important at Prime8. This can be verbal praise, shout outs, texts to parents or a postcard home.

Students themselves can work towards a termly reward by the decisions they make during the academic day at Prime8.

We give our students a mark on their Attitude to Learning (ATL) out of 5 for each session they have with us, plus added points for positive behaviour choices during lunch and breaks and acts of kindness to others. 

This is then converted to points and displayed at Base and Forest School. The top five students at each site will gain a reward.

 The students are given the chance through Student Voice to identify rewards they may like.
